Privacy and contact data

This notice explains how Clevvy handles information when you visit this website or contact us.

Your enquiry

The contact form sends your name, email address, selected project type, and message to the Clevvy team through Mailjet. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. The website does not create a contact database. An unsent draft stays in the current page's memory and is lost when you leave or reload it.

Spam protection

Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection information to check for automated abuse. Our rate limiter uses a protected identifier derived from your IP address, rather than storing the raw address in the shared Redis service. The limiter stores short-lived request counts; it does not store your message.

Website and external services

Netlify delivers this website. Hosting infrastructure, including OVH where used, may process technical request information to operate and secure the service. A cookie remembers your chosen language. Opening WhatsApp takes you to an external service whose privacy terms apply there. Provider notices are linked below.

How long messages are kept

Our normal retention period for completed enquiries is 90 days after the last response. Correspondence needed for an ongoing project, contract, or required record may be kept longer. Deletion is managed in our mailbox and service accounts; changing this website's setting does not automatically delete email.

Your choices

You can ask us about the information held about your enquiry, request corrections, or request deletion. Please avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your project.

For privacy questions or requests, please use our contact form.
